Sizwe Dhlomo predicts the future of Unathi Nkayi’s case against Kaya 959.

Sizwe and Unathi were once colleagues at the radio station until Nkayi got sacked.

She dragged the Kaya to court, suing the radio station for wrongful contract termination.

The legal battle has gone from an arbitration process to the high court; Unathi says she has all the financial backings to ensure she teaches the radio station a lesson.

Speaking on the recent episode of L-Tido’s podcast, Sizwe Dhlomo said Unathi will loose the case.

“She is going through her [Unathi] case; it has got nothing to do with me, all the best. She is likely going to lose it though; I have all the evidence on everything,” said Dhlomo.

“Every show I have ever done, I have the recordings. Every day when I do a show, I get sent a copy of it and save it in the archives.

“This is just so that if anyone comes up with something.”
