Controversial South African club hostess Inno Morolong has once again stirred social media, this time after revealing the results of her latest cosmetic surgery.

A video of her fresh from the procedure quickly made the rounds online, triggering a flurry of criticism and commentary.

According to well-known gossip blogger Musa Khawula, Morolong recently underwent a bilateral breast reduction along with a fat transfer to her hip dips.

Not long after the clip surfaced, Morolong shared her own video showing off her new figure, but it didn’t go down well with many users.

The post attracted widespread backlash, with social media users openly mocking and questioning her decision to go under the knife.

Despite the criticism, Morolong appears unfazed, continuing to share glimpses of her post-op recovery with confidence.
