The All Progressives Congress (APC) has suspended the state Chairman, Abubakar Muhammed Kana Zuru, and the Chairman of Zuru Local Government, Aliyu Abubakar Abiola, from the party indefinitely.
Their suspension was announced in a statement issued by the Secretary to the state government, Yakubu Bala Tafida, to Journalists on Wednesday in Birnin Kebbi.
They were suspended following a thorough internal review and investigation into the allegations levelled against them.
Similarly, the statement further announced the suspension of the Commissioner for Livestock Development and Fisheries, Alhaji Kabir Usman Alaramma Zuru, from office as a member of the state executive Council.
It, however, directed the Commissioner to hand over all government property and official responsibilities under his custody to the permanent Secretary of the Ministry till further notice.
