North Korea also advanced after defeating Canada 2-0 in their quarter-final encounter.
The two teams joined Spain and Italy, who had already secured their semi-final places following victories in Saturday’s quarter-final matches.
The semi-final action will begin on Wednesday, with Spain taking on Italy in the first encounter.
The second semi-final will see Colombia face North Korea, with both sides now two wins away from lifting the U-20 Women’s World Cup trophy.
